Setting up a studio account is simple and easy. Please make sure we have the following to complete studio application:

	Signed Model Agreement and signed 2257 form for each model
	Two photos Ids for each model in color: At least one form of I.D. MUST have a picture and birth date. All foreign models need to submit a government issued ID, U.S. and Canadian citizens please submit a valid Driver's License. If emailed, must be in the form of .GIF, .JPG, .BMP.
	Studio owner picture Id (A government issued picture Id is required from the studio owner)
	Chat Room Requirements: All models rooms must have a backdrop for each model working. The backdrop should be one-solid color sheets that will be the background image customers see. The sheets must cover any background objects such as windows, air conditioners, heaters, paintings, night tables, and bed posts. If the chatroom has a plain solid wall as background with no objects mentioned above that will be fine as well.

Studio owners will be reimbursed for the cost of the sheets they purchase to decorate the chatrooms to meet our requirements. If you need additional information regarding chat room requirements please email us for additional clarification.

There are two methods you can use to return paperwork and Ids. You can scan signed documents with your two ID’s and upload them through your studio profile; when you are on Step 2 of the studio application process. Or you can return signed documents and photocopied Id's with regular mail to the following address:
